USCIS E-Verify Customer Satisfaction Survey, September 2011

This report focuses on the customer satisfaction of companies currently enrolled in the E-Verify program. Satisfaction with E-Verify was strong last year and improved this year with a three point gain to 85. This is 20 points above the current federal government average. Satisfaction among the other sample groups was very similar.
