    Temperature, pressure, and other data were collected from FIXED PLATFORMS in the North Atlantic Ocean. Data were collected by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI) buoys from 29 April 1975 to 26 January 1976.
