Oklahoma Mesonet station number 34, El Reno (ELRE), Canadian County, Oklahoma. Commissioned January 1, 1994. Located at 35.548480 N by -98.036540 W at 419 m above mean sea level. Collects: battery voltage, barometric pressure, rain since midnight, relative humidity, solar radiation air temperature at 1.5 and 9 m, wind direction at 10 m, wind direction standard deviation, max wind speed at 2 and 10 m, wind speed at 2 and 10 m, wind speed standard deviations, and vector wind speed at 5 minute intervals. Collects: soil temperatures at 5 and 10 cm under native vegetation and at 5 cm under bare soil at 15 minute intervals. Collects: soil moisture final temperature at 5, 25, and 60 cm, soil moisture at starting temperature at 2, 25, and 60 cm, and thermocouple reference temperature to 30 minute intervals.
