    The device has a flexible conductor fixed on one side to a movable contact (16.2) and fixed on another side to a part (11.1) of an electric circuit (11). The conductor comprises of a flexible tube (21), electrically conductive by surface, having low flexural rigidity to bend without being crushed and high torsional rigidity to take a form and a position reproducible in a closed state. An independent claim is also included for a gas insulated electrical substation.
