The watch has a slit ring mounted to be locked axially and radially on a set of pinion/stem elements, and an axial locking unit for axially locking another set of the pinion/stem elements secured to the slit ring. The slit ring is mounted in a circular groove made in the former set of the pinion/stem elements. The axial locking unit is formed of an L-shaped arm which is engaged in a hollow e.g. circular groove, made in the latter set of the pinion/stem elements. The locking unit is formed of another slit ring connected to the former slit ring by a rigid arm.
