    This data package contains three datasets associated with this project. Metagenomic and proteomic datasets were prepared from nine different species of coral with and without Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease (SCTLD) which were collected from various reefs near Key West, Florida (2019). The third dataset consists of proteomic data prepared from Orbicella faveolata from two regions off the Florida Coast (Ecosystem Conservation Area (ECA) and Lower Keys) as well as across two different time periods (Spring 2021 and Winter 2022).
