Maternal & Child Survival Program: Health Facility Assessment (HFA) Survey From Nigeria (2017)

This data asset from the Maternal and Child Health Program consists of health facility assessments in two states in Nigeria. Surveys were undertaken with staff of health facilities, and the main objective of this study was to generate data on the readiness of 105 health facilities in Eboni and Kogi states to provide maternal, newborn and child health services.
