    • Maternal and Child Survival Program: Model Referral Network Study, Haiti (2018)

    The project operationalized three Model Referral Networks (MRNs) that introduced a nationally validated referral and counter-referral tool as well as communication and transportation protocols to higher standards of care by the end of PY3. The aim of this study was to generate data on the feasibility, acceptability, and accessibility of the referral and counter referral system’s communication and transportation protocols from the perspective of both health facility providers and patients (clients).
