Labor Agreement Information System (LAIRS)

The Labor Agreement Information Retrieval System (LAIRS) is a database containing historical information on labor-management relations in the Federal Government. It includes representational data on bargaining units certified by the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), text of Federal sector collective bargaining agreements, and a summary of negotiability determinations issued by the Federal Labor Relations Authority. The information on this website has not been updated since approximately 2006.
