Information Technology Procurement Authorization (ITPA) Tracking System is used for gathering consistent data from U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) program offices, building a repository of ITPA requests to better manage the reporting and monitoring of all OPM IT investments, and provide timely feedback to program offices for IT-related purchase requests. It is also used to capture all non-purchase Business Case Exception (BCE) requests.
