The GPM Ground Validation Campaign Reports IPHEx dataset provides various reports from the Integrated Precipitation and Hydrology Experiment (IPHEx) which took place from March 6, 2014 to June 16, 2014 in the southern Appalachian Mountains in the eastern United States. The goal of the IPHEx campaign was to collect data that could aid in the development, evaluation, and improvement of remote sensing precipitation algorithms in support of the GPM mission Reports included in this dataset are for the Mission Scientist, Instrument Scientists, and also include Weather Forecasts. Many reports have additional information included as attachments.
