The GPM Ground Validation Campaign Reports IFloodS dataset consists of various reports filed by the scientists during the GPM Ground Validation Iowa Flood Studies (IFloodS) Field Experiment, which took place from April to mid-June 2013 in Iowa. The goals of the campaign were to collect detailed measurements of precipitation at the Earth's surface using ground instruments and advanced weather radars and, simultaneously, collect data from satellites passing overhead. Included in this dataset are Mission Scientist, Instrument Scientists, and Weather Forecasts. Many reports have additional information included as attachments.
