Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Plan

Executive Order (E.O.) 13,392 mandates that each federal agency shall have a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) working plan with established goals and time frames to accomplish the use of technology to improve the entire FOIA process. The E.O. outlines specific areas of the FOIA process that can be improved. The quantified data that each agency produces is used to compile the Annual Report. This is the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM's) plan.
