    • Feed the Future Senegal: Zone of Influence Baseline Population-Based Survey (2013)

    FTF FEEDBACK seeks to capture data in the geographic areas targeted by Feed the Future interventions, known as Feed the Future Zones of Influence (ZOI). This population-­based survey (PBS) is a product of FTF FEEDBACK, which is responsible for supporting performance monitoring of the Feed the Future initiative.

    In Senegal, the PBS fieldwork was conducted by TANGO International with technical assistance from the Centre de Suivi Ecologique (CSE). The PBS fieldwork took place between December 8, 2012 and January 14, 2013. The ZOI in Senegal is comprised of 12 regions located in the northern Senegal River Valley (SRV), the Southern Forest Zone (SFZ), and coastal and western areas. A total of 2,109 households in the ZOI were interviewed for the PBS data collection activity. These households were spread across 148 rural standard enumeration areas (SEAs) within the 12 regions.
