First = First Name
Last = Last Name
Race_Ethnicity = AA, API, Latino, Multi, NA, White
Gender = Male, Female
Party = D, R, I

Notes: 
"White" indicates white alone, while "Multi" indicates members with multiple racial/ethnic backgrounds other than white.",
