    Lineage Marine waters of the State of California FR notice describes this zone as “extending seaward a distance of three miles and including all enclosed bays and estuaries subject to tidal influences.” A custom shape was created starting with coastal hydrographic data from the High Resoltuion National Hydrography Dataset (Download Date 4/29/2019).
