2017 Ambulatory Surgery - Procedure Code Frequency
This data table contains statewide counts for every procedure code (CPT-4) reported on the ambulatory surgery data. A principal and up to 20 secondary procedure codes may be reported on each ambulatory surgery record. Note: Physician-owned ambulatory surgery clinics do not report their data to HCAI and, therefore, are not included in the statewide frequencies.
