SiteID, Site, and others collected from St. Johns River Water Management Districts Seagrass survey sites in Northern Indian River Lagoon, Florida from 1996 to 2023 (NCEI Accession 0316345)
This dataset contains long-term monitoring data of submerged aquatic vegetation within the Indian River Lagoon. The dataset consists of site-level mean percent cover of total seagrass (all species combined) derived from summer surveys. This data was used to assess long-term trends in seagrass abundance and to evaluate relationships with blue crab population dynamics.
