This dataset is a scanned Data Documentation Form (DDF) that accompanied submissions on tape of pH, salinity, phosphate, chlorophyll, and alkalinity measurements from the Chesapeake Bay from 1949 to 1965. These measurements were taken by the John Hopkins University Chesapeake Bay Institute and were submitted to the predecessor of NCEI in 1970.
This accession was originally created for analog data records. NCEI has no digital representation of data. The paper representation of data in the form of the DDF was assigned NCEI accession 7000995.
