Published by U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development (ORD) | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency | Catalog Last Checked: August 03, 2026 at 12:51 AM | Dataset Last Updated: January 10, 2025
The data set contains data for the following assays performed using 6PPD-quinone and/or 6PPD. 1) Larval fathead minnow transcriptomics; 2) larval fathead minnow EcoToxChips [6PPD-quinone only]; 3) zebrafish developmental and behavioral toxicity; 4) cell painting and cytotoxicity in the rainbow trout gill cell line, RTgill-W1; 5) acute and developmental neurotoxicity (DNT) assays in mammalian cells; 6) Attagene FACTORIAL assays with human hepatoma cells [6PPD-quinone only]; and 7) analytical assessment of 6PPD and 6PPD-quinone stability in RTgill-W1 and DNT assay media.
